Shipping and returns policy

Destinations

We ship to all EU/EEA member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Georgia. Additional destinations are added on request — contact hello@vantastore.io.

Delivery times & cost

• Germany: 2–4 business days — free.
• Rest of EU/EEA: 3–7 business days — free.
• United Kingdom & Switzerland: 5–10 business days — €9 flat.
• Georgia: 7–14 business days — €19 flat.

In accordance with Art. 18 Directive 2011/83/EU we deliver within 30 days of order confirmation at the latest, unless a different date is agreed.

Taxes and duties

Orders within the EU include German VAT at the applicable rate. Orders to the UK, Switzerland and Georgia are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): local import VAT and customs duties may apply on arrival and are payable by the recipient.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order under your statutory right of withdrawal — see the Right of Withdrawal page for the full procedure and the model form. Beyond the statutory period we voluntarily offer an additional 16-day goodwill return window (30 days total) for unused pendants in original packaging.

• EU/EEA returns: free — we email a prepaid label after you notify us.
• UK, Switzerland, Georgia and other non-EU returns: customer covers direct return shipping cost.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof of dispatch.

Statutory warranty

All products come with a two-year statutory warranty for consumers under Directive (EU) 2019/771. For Georgian consumers, the two-year conformity guarantee under Article 18 of the Law of Georgia on Protection of Consumer Rights applies. Report defects to returns@vantastore.io.
