Right of Withdrawal

Instructions on withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day of receipt of the last item.

This right applies to consumers in the EU/EEA under Articles 9–16 of Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Germany in §§ 355, 356, 357 BGB) and to consumers in Georgia under Article 13 of the Law of Georgia on Protection of Consumer Rights (No. 885-VI, 29 March 2022).

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Vantastore GmbH, [address], 20095 Hamburg, Germany, email returns@vantastore.io — by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Return shipping: for orders shipped within the EU we cover the direct cost of return by providing a prepaid label. For orders shipped to Georgia and other non-EU destinations you bear the direct cost of return. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery (Art. 16 (e) Directive 2011/83/EU), nor to sealed audio or software recordings that have been unsealed. The Vantastore pendant itself is fully returnable in accordance with this policy.
